TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE

The hirer agrees to:

Pay for the hiring by Credit Card
Pay hire charges as invoiced by the owner until goods are returned
Pay for any equipment lost or stolen while on hire
Pay for any repairs to any equipment damaged while on hire, at replacement value
Supply all fuel, oil and grease required for efficient operation of the equipment

The owner has the right to immediately terminate the hire and recover the hired equipment at any time if there is a breaching of any of the conditions.

A fee may be charged if equipment is returned late and/or dirty.

A fee may be charged for delivery of machinery.

Hire rates based on:

An 8 hour day
Time out not time used
Hire rates subject to change
No half days on Sundays
